Normal hours are from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public and provincial holidays.

In the event that we are unavailable, either during normal hours or after hours, an answer service will take a message which will be forwarded to us.  In the case of an emergency the answer service will make contact with the Chief Executive of Compassion for Orphans.
